Join us for weekly practice honoring our bodies through a restorative, soft, slow, gentle practice with pranayama, sound, movement, kundalini, yoga asana, meditation, reflection, and sound bath.

Each week you will meet two practitioners who will lead you through a gentle flow and sound healing.
