*skater

identity... in 2024 it seems to be more important then ever.

“i’m gay” “i’m punk” “i’m a painter” “i’m a musician”

i’m a skater... since 1985... i’ve said it before and i’ll say

it again; being a skater is literally everything! in the other

sub-cultures you have to be “that” to belong...

being a skater you can be anything, anybody and you can

be a skater. gay, punk, preppy, hood, artsy literally what ever

and if you skate you’re down. skaters see the world like no

other person in the world does, we see everyone as

equals, we see bumps in the ground, ledges outside a store

handrails, benches, pipes sticking out of the ground all

as beautiful works of art with innite possibilities and applications.

we want to share these moments with each other, our

friends and the world ever since 1985 and before. we needed

to make videos, ziens, stickers, shirts, graphics, boards,

music, records and to get these ideas and passions out into the

world! we couldn't hire people to do these things...

we had to become the people who made these things

and we did!!! i’ve been “making” my whole life for the joy

of making things. i’ve taken photos before, recorded songs

made paintings, ramps and what ever all for us to have fun with

and enjoy. i have a deep love for video and photo stu

and i love sharing how i see the world and the beauty i

see in everything and everyone. i’m still out here at 47 talking

to homeless people, walking through alleyways and bad

neighborhoods. stop for a moment and let me show you

what i see, its pretty fuckin rad!

i’ve always been me and always will be me.

and a big part of me (maybe all of me) is a skater.

thank you skateboarding.

keep it in the streets... and take pics.
